The Self-Guided Reformer, the first in Queensland, provides a calm, private studio where you can tailor your workouts to your own pace and level, leaving you feeling rejuvenated in both body and mind. During your complimentary consultation, you'll be introduced to the studio, learn how to use the reformer, and explore access to video workouts, ensuring you feel confident and ready to begin.
About me
I specialise in giving people the guidance and resources to become their best authentic self. I do this through various skillsets such as strength training, reformer pilates, boxing, goal setting, nutrition advice and lifestyle coaching.
A bit about the concept of Beyond Physical:
It's common knowledge that exercise is a powerhouse in maintaining good health physically and mentally, but why is the uptake on such activities so low? Why do we have endemic levels of mental health illnesses and a seeming lack of association between purposeful movement and positive mindsets? And why is escapism so rampant?
I decided to combine my 10+ active years experience as a fitness professional and niche in on using my skills and past experience in shaping who I am today as medicine to help people regain a sense of acceptance and purpose within themselves.
I share metaphorical tools and resources to have my clients disarm old coping mechanisms with prevalent and efficient systems for the present and now that regulate wisdom, knowledge and curiosity. I thrive on helping people regain control of their life through accountability, various thought provoking mindset shifts, responsibility whilst learning about what their bodies are capable of.
