As a fully qualified nutritionist, I specialize in body composition changes, sports performance, and building sustainable long-term habits. Together, we'll create a comprehensive approach that not only helps you achieve your desired results but ensures you maintain them.

About me

I specialise in giving people the guidance and resources to become their best authentic self. I do this through various skillsets such as strength training, reformer pilates, boxing, goal setting, nutrition advice and lifestyle coaching.

A bit about the concept of Beyond Physical:

It's common knowledge that exercise is a powerhouse in maintaining good health physically and mentally, but why is the uptake on such activities so low? Why do we have endemic levels of mental health illnesses and a seeming lack of association between purposeful movement and positive mindsets? And why is escapism so rampant?

I decided to combine my 12+ active years experience as a fitness professional and niche in on using my skills and past experience in shaping who I am today as medicine to help people regain a sense of acceptance and purpose within themselves.

I share metaphorical tools and resources to have my clients disarm old coping mechanisms with prevalent and efficient systems for the present and now that regulate wisdom, knowledge and curiosity. I thrive on helping people regain control of their life through accountability, various thought provoking mindset shifts, responsibility whilst learning about what their bodies are capable of.
